Professor Nickol is such a great pick for teaching this course -- he is incredible at explaining the concepts in this class and his lecture notes are super informative, the perfect mix of theory and practice problems.

If you haven't used MATLAB much prior to this course I would definitely recommend getting familiar, that being said he provides all of the complicated functions to simplify the scripts you will need to create for the homeworks.
