This course provides an overview of accounting for business decisions from a strategic and organizational perspective. It introduces a broad overview of cost behaviors, budgeting and performance evaluation, and considers management accounting in a changing environment. This course provides a foundation for financial decision-making and analysis topics covered in future courses. Restricted to Ernst and Young YMP students
