As the second part of your capstone project, this is meant to be the part of the project where you present your findings via a poster symposium, client presentation, and 3 reports (2 drafts and 1 final). This semester should not be the semester where you do most of your planning - which is where some teams struggled - but rather the time you spend executing your designs and planning in presentation materials and simulations. Experiences are highly different depending on the project you're on, but my particular project was stressful in the beginning, but highly rewarding by the end of the semester. However, some academic advisors can be harsh in grading reports (mine was decent - however, he was a believer that there is always room for improvement), and client presentation feedback can be particularly brutal.
Also, in regard to the class, there were mandatory in-class workshops, some of which were interesting and/or applicable, and some were boring and/or unapplicable. Overall, this will be a challenging yet rewarding semester, where, as my academic advisor said, "it's a low-risk sandbox - play in it and shape it to what you want it to be."
