Professor Fulgham is a very nice guy who is a genius at math. He is very approachable outside of class, so do not be afraid to go to office hours. He learns everyone's name within the first month of class which is pretty amazing. As for Diff Eq, the class is easier than Calc II and Calc III, but it still isn't easy.
Mr. Fulgham is kind of a strange quirky fellow. While he certainly knows the material well, he often has difficulty explaining it to the class. Furthermore, the class was taught traditionally but rather 15 minutes of lecture then the rest of the time was spent doing a worksheet with your assigned group. You should do fine in this class as long as you do the homework correctly (study the lecture notes online) and put in the effort.
Professor Fulgham is pretty awesome. He definitely will be the most fair professor you will ever have in the applied mathematics department. The averages on his exam are so high because he provides etiquette preparation for every exam. The practice exams and webworks together really give you the full preparation. If you have to wait a semester to take probability with Fulgham instead of Snider, DO IT. SNIDER SUCKS.
This class is a loooot of memorizing processes for specific types of problems. Fulgham isn't too great in class, it's pretty unorganized and there wasn't ever enough time to do the group worksheets in class so it was hard to get in questions to try to understand the concepts. But I found that when I was completely lost, Fulgham is really helpful in office hours as he would walk me through webwork problems and that way I knew how to approach the problems. So if you're completely lost, go to office hours. Class isn't helpful, but this class is totally doable if you spend time memorizing the process of how to do problems.
