DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE! GRADING IS BEYOND ARBITRARY, PROFESSOR OVERSTREET HAS ZERO CLUE WHAT GOES ON IN THE CLASS, NOBODY UNDERSTANDS A WORD HE SAYS. HONESTLY WASTED MY PARENTS TUITION TAKING THIS COURSE. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO GAIN REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE, YOU'RE BETTER OFF READING REAL ESTATE ON YOUR OWN TIME, AND TAKING A DIFFERENT CLASS.

Boring class. Overstreet's a nice guy, but isn't great at explaining concepts or detailing what he expects you to know. If you want an A, you should go to his office and get to know him.
