It is very easy to fall behind in this course if you do not already know the content/are slow at grasping concepts because of how fast-paced the nature of this course inherently is. Lu is not the best lecturer, but he is very willing to answer questions in class and also provides very explicit guidelines on what concepts will be important on exams and quizzes. If you work hard in this class, it is definitely manageable and you can do well, but it is definitely a challenging class.

You could get a really good grade if you actually put in work in this class. Syllabus clearly states all the things you need to do. Most work is just online homework and in-class quiz each week. Professor drops two lowest quiz and two lowest homework. Midterms are also in class and you could bring formula sheet. All the quizzes and tests are fairly easy.
