I had this class with Prof. Landgraf. The class was pretty enjoyable overall, but there are some things that I think should be mentioned. Participation is a decent part of your grade, and she looks for everyone to have a chance. Which is good, don't get me wrong, but I often found myself (who spoke somewhat often) avoiding being called on.
Another part of your grade is the group project, which I really enjoyed. I had a really nice and hard-working group, so it was a breeze. The midterm was fair, but the final was nothing like the midterm. After studying extensively, I found that only a fraction of what I studied was on the exam (which was cumulative). When taking notes in class, Prof. Landgraf's slides had extensive information on them, and I often found myself in Shumway after class catching up on notes I had missed. Otherwise I thought the class was interesting, but definitely not my favorite.
