Very easy class with the pass/fail grading system. There was a decent amount of assignments but the grading system allows for you to chill a little. The class is centered around Native American Studies, but isn't boring. The discussions in class are enjoyable and you can answer the question even if you didn't look at the readings. You must participate twice in class to get talking points for the class. #tCFspring26

If you need to fulfill your first writing requirement, I highly recommend this course. The grading system is built on a pass/fail contract, meaning that as long as you complete all assignments, you are guaranteed an A. While the curriculum is centered on Native American Studies, the material is engaging even if that isn't your primary interest. You’ll definitely see improvement in your writing if you put in the effort, all within a fair and supportive environment. The class sessions are a lot of discussions that are enjoyable if you keep up on your readings. The professor is fantastic, 100% recommended for anyone!
