EDLF 3180

Took this last year, so I cant remember every detail but we had 3-4 tests, all online and at your own time (but still timed). Most questions come directly from the notes and many are common sense. Each class is 50 minutes and very boring... you just take notes from her slides and occasionally things she says. If she didn't take attendance, there would be no point of actually going to class because she posts the slideshows online. A few projects with small groups throughout the semester and one big one at the end (group essay + presentation). But you get plenty of time to do it, our group didnt start until a week before and was perfectly fine. Overall, an easy class but you learn a ton about human development.

Such a fun and easy class! Prof. Sweeney is really one of the best professors, and is super sweet and understanding if you have to miss class (she does take attendance). As much as I hated that there was attendance taken every class, it really did not bother me because I really enjoyed being in her class.
