Hands down the most disorganized class I've ever taken. Prof Maradiaga is super cool and very accomplished but should not be teaching if 2/3 of the classes are going to end up being held on Zoom because he needs to travel. Despite having a fleshed out syllabus, the ONLY graded work were two memos assigned in the same week in February, which were never returned to us. The 6-8 people who would join the Zoom calls had their cameras off, including him, and he sometimes became frustrated at the understandable lack of participation. Finally, despite mentioning that there WAS a final project, it was never spoken about, posted on Canvas, or graded--and he did not respond to emails about it. I have absolutely no idea what grade I got in this class. Yes, it's easy, but there are easy classes you will actually learn something from.
