Intermediate Latin II
Course Description
In this course we will dive into the life of the Roman woman Clodia, (in)famous from a court speech by Cicero (Pro Caelio) and Catullus' love poetry, both of which we will read. In addition to prepared readings, we will do in-class (group) exercises, short Latin compositions, and a creative translation project.
