Course Description
A low-commitment course that meets once a week. Introduces common expressions, basic linguistic concepts, and cultural practices. Intended for students who wish to explore Japanese language and culture without committing to a full language sequence. No prerequisite. Does not fulfill the World Languages requirement and does not provide sufficient preparation for JAPN 1020.
