Moot Court at the University of Virginia is a dedicated team of intellectually curious and highly engaged students who share a passion for legal advocacy. We conduct in-depth research on cases from the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court, crafting nuanced constitutional arguments. Our members prepare extensively to present oral arguments in competitive tournaments that simulate real appellate proceedings.
