Course Description

Pre-Requisite(s): PSYC 3460 (with a B+ or better)

Seminar focuses on the current state of juvenile justice and its treatment of violent and aggressive youth. Topics such as developmental maturity in culpability and competence to stand trial, transfer to adult court, and relevant topics in developmental, clinical, social and community psychology are emphasized. Undergraduates who have not taken PSYC 3460 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
