Admission to BPHM Program; and completion of PSHM 3010
Provides a comprehensive analysis of individual and group behavior in organizations, and an understanding of how organizations can be managed more effectively and enhance the quality of employees' work life. Through the examination of leadership topics, explores the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in a diverse healthcare environment in a variety of situations.
