Course Description

REAL III seminar provides the foundational and theoretical principles of research/scholarship, ethics, advocacy/roles, and leadership. Students will analyze how ethical standards, legal concepts, and systemic structures impact professional nursing practice, shape advocacy, and inform leadership. Nursing students will develop a philosophy of professionalism, career planning, and educational progression.
