Teaching Lifetime Physical Activity & Fitness

Course Description

Pre-Requisite(s): Physical education major or instructor permission

This course highlights the significance of lifetime physical fitness and its importance in the secondary curriculum. There will be the analyzes basic individual sport skills, developmental progressions, and teaching strategies for individual sports, such as badminton, golf, tennis, fitness self-assessment, and track and field. The main focus of this course is on pedagogical issues.
