Litigating Product Liability Actions
Course Description
The course will allow undergraduates to explore trial advocacy and the law of products liability based on materials provided by the American Mock Trial Association. Students will gain an understanding of the Federal Rules of Evidence, witness control techniques, and direct and cross examination writing.
