The Reading Seminar in Leadership is designed to expose students to a wide range of literature and concepts related to the field of leadership through seminar activities such as reading, critical evaluation, discussion, reflection, and writing. Participation in the seminar will allow a student to develop a framework for the analysis of leadership concepts on a personal, professional, as well as an organizational level.
