This course covers the management processes by which general managers manage businesses, addressing both public and private businesses. The course begins by introducing the concept of management levels, corporate, business, functional and operating. It covers the roles and responsibilities of managers at each level, with emphasis on the general management responsibility to coordinate activities between organizational levels.
