FREN 3032 and at least one FREN course numbered 3041 to 3043 (or instructor permission)
Topics in eighteenth-century French literature. Works of authors such as Beaumarchais, de Charrière, du Deffand, Diderot, Marivaux, Montesquieu, Rousseau, de Staël, Voltaire. May be repeated for credit with different topics.
