Course Description
Pre-Requisite(s):
CS 2330, ECE 2630 and ECE 3630
Digital CMOS circuits. MOSFET transistor. Combinational circuits. Sequential circuits. Design simple digital gates and circuits at the transistor level. Simulate designed circuits to verify performance.
