ANTH 4591

I truly had high hopes for this class and it did not live up to my expectations at all. This class was highly unorganized and the syllabus seemed to deviate often from what was online. Professor Fraser is a nice woman but it often feels like she just makes class up as she goes and there is zero structure. Many times the class is just her talking and when she asks you a question, she will interrupt you half-way through and never call on you again. For assignments, there are never rubrics and she will often change the assignment multiple times so no one ever really knows what to submit. She will make changes to the assignment up until the day it is due and the assignment on collab is often different from how she explains it in class making it very hard to feel confident in the work turned in. She will also take points off arbitrarily and give you no reasoning for it. It seems like points are taken off if she does not agree and that's it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this class at all. Extremely disorganized, unplanned and I did not get much out of it.
