This class is boring. He is not a good lecturer. He knows his stuff and will assist you if needed But, he jumps around a lot so there will be no chronology to your notes. There is one paper and a final, so little room for error. The only really hard thing about this class is sitting through it.

This was the worst class I have ever taken at UVA, the professor uses no notes, no slides just goes on and on about subjects and is very condescending. If he asks an opinion question and you give your opinion, he'll make sure to tell you you're wrong. the class was awfully difficult, (not to mention the 10+ books for $350+)
