This is the second semester Ted is teaching and he is a pretty solid professor. He explained things from the ground up and is very good at answering questions. He is also lenient with deadlines and is overall a chill person. A couple of general tips
1. Start the written homework early. Some of them are difficult and/or lengthy and it doesn't help that some of the questions are ambiguous at times. Ted won't give you the answer but he will clarify parts of the question when it comes written homeworks. The written homeworks are a good base of difficulty for the exams though the exams are slightly harder.
2. Make sure you understand not only how to solve ODEs, but how to graph solutions and conceptualize them. This shows up a LOT on the exam.
All in all, definitely would recommend.
