Taking this class during J-term is one of the best decisions I've made in my college career. Pfaffenberger came out of retirement to teach this class, and I'm so glad he did. He is passionate about IP law, and structures the class in a mock trial setup. Each day you will have a new court case that illustrates central parts of IP law. There is one quiz and one final paper, both of which were pretty manageable. The class is also 3 credits, which means you don't have to sit through a semester's worth of STS 2500.
Interesting class, loved the material, great structure, even better professor.
