Tests are hard but study and you can do fine. Mohajeri explains everything well and he is very helpful in his office hours. He is also a pretty funny guy and makes calc as fun as it can really get. Calc 3 is just a hard class, but listen in class, take notes, do the homework, and study for tests and you will do well!
Compared to what I've heard about some of the other professors that teach this course, Mohajeri is one of the better ones. He really knows what he's talking about, and while he may not be the at answering questions at times, he really wants his students to do well. He holds office hours frequently and invites struggling students to come talk to him at these times. The only negative I can think of about the class is that he randomly calls on students to help with example problems, so attendance is important and part of your grade.
Prof Mohajeri seemed like one of the better professors for the course. He has an accent, but it's still pretty easy to understand him. He knows what he's talking about. However class was VERY boring, and he's not a really funny professor or anything. He calls on students to work through the example problems and will check attendance, so make sure you go to class. There's weekly written homework and Webwork, weekly quizzes, three short tests, and one final. Overall, it was a good course and I'd recommend Mohajeri.
Great guy, but not a great teacher. He has a roundabout, grammatically confusing way of explaining the concepts (which get pretty abstract at times seeing as it's multivariate calc). The slides, while useful, are rather wordy and he has a tendency to ignore them and explain things his own way. He also takes attendance and calls on people randomly in lecture, so do your best to stay a little ahead of him if you do take his class.
On the bright side, the workload is reasonable. Quizzes and tests shouldn't be too hard if you study effectively. Use the book a lot, it will help you.
Professor Mohajeri is great! He's a really nice teacher and I think he teaches fairly well given that multi is a hard class to teach anyway. His quizzes are basically textbook questions so if you can do the textbook problems then you can do well on his quizzes. The tests are a little bit more difficult but they are definitely manageable.
Also, go to class because he calls on you randomly to ask questions. Even though it's only one percent of your grade to get these questions right (total), if you don't go to class you're not going to do well. Period.
Professor Mohajeri is an overall good teacher. He is able to explain all the material very well. His quizzes are not difficult if you do the homework, and do some practice problems form the book. The tests are also pretty reasonable. If you put effort into the class you should have no problem doing well.
