This class is terrible. It is three wasted hours a week of repeating what the book says, and brainless activities. The teacher also assigns a lot of meaningless busy work that he grades without providing feedback for weeks at a time. If you don't have to take this class, for your own sanity DON'T

Class was ok for a required Curry class. A lot of time is spent going over things that seem pretty common sense.

This class holds so much applicability to real teaching. Of all the classes I took at Curry, this has provided me with the most useful information. McKenna is witty and has great humor. The downside is the time it meets and the class is really big. If you could only take one education class, this should be it.
