This was a great class. Since professor Davis is a geneticist, he really emphasized topics relating to prokaryotic genetics (details of transcription, translation, protein folding & interactions, various mutations such as transversions, translations, UV damage, alkylating agents, etc...) I definitely recommend this class, especially if you've already taken Genetics with Cronmiller, as many of the concepts from Genetics show up in this class.
