Good professor. Very to the point, just make sure you do the reading. the exams are short-answer questions most times, and its straight forward.

This course was very fascinating. I knew very little about art / art history so thought this would give me some background. The readings were actually enjoyable (at times they were long) and pertinent to discussion. There is a lot of "reflection" in the assignments and my only gripe with this course is that grading was difficult on assignments that were opinion-based (Most people receive "checks" which is only a B). That being said, the final project was graded very easily and despite my plethora of "check" assignments I received an A- overall. Recommended.
