It's a required course but it's awful. It's boring and 3 hours long. Grin and bear it. If you can take it your 3rd year so you're not stuck with it your 4th year.

Huja is not the most exciting or audible lecturer, but he obviously has experience in the field and knows what he is talking about. This is a required class for the PLAN major, so I wouldn't recommend it to those in other majors. It is a very easy class, just not exciting.
