The 2000 levels are definitely more work than the 1000 level classes, but Nasir Ji is the man to take these classes with. He is the nicest professor at UVA and genuinely cares about his students. He is also a great teacher and is always willing to help his students succeed. This coming from someone with no prior Hindi experience. Grading is quite fair, and at some points rather generous (I think the average GPA for our class was around 3.5-3.6). 10/10 would recommend taking all Hindi classes with him!
