Become a PHE! This class is engaging with guest speakers, power points, activities, meditation, and a truly great group of individuals at UVA. I think my biggest takeaway from this class was how to take care of myself. Amanda cares for her students/PHEs so much and her hard work and love for us is greatly appreciated and not unnoticed.
