Fairly easy course. Mills isn't the most thrilling professor but he definitely knows the material and is very receptive to questions both during lecture and after class. Very nice guy - I would definitely take more classes with him. Course was fairly easy too - 2 midterms, final (based on group presentation at the end of the semester)
Great course. Mills explains the subject very well, and tries to make it as easy as possible to understand and do well n his exams (2 midterms and a final based on group projects). Be sure to go to class and present some good economic analysis in the group project and you will do fine. You'll also learn alot about infrastructure. I learned more about some microeconomic principles in this course than i did in 301 or 201.
This course is very interesting for some lectures and boring for others, but overall is not too hard at all. Going to class really helps as a lot of his test questions come right from lecture. Mills is a good guy also, even though he is a little dull. I got an A with a pretty small amount of work and would definitely recommend this class.
Great class! Interesting material and not too difficult if you go to class and do the practice problems. Mills is also super nice and helpful in office hours. He does an outstanding job of explaining questions regarding the homework and is willing to take the time to help you 1-on-1. Readings aren't too necessary compared to everything else, and just make good study sheets for the exam since you can have one page of notes. Overall, great class!
