Pretty basic and straight forward material when Fontaine teaches it. He tells you what you need to know and makes it simple. However, his test are horrible because you never have enough time to complete it. If you're a fast worker you should make an A

A class that shouldn't be very interesting actually is. Prof Fontaine does a good job of keeping students interested. A lot of work though, especially once the year end project comes around at the end

Fontaine is a solid teacher. Everything is straight foreword and organized. One of my favorite civil engineering professors.
