awesome class. not too difficult and no outside reading, yet I still managed to learn a lot about ecology. the professor is awesome, definitely take it especially if you need the requirement

Yes it's an easy class, but do NOT slack off about your 4 tests (only grades plus extra credit) or you will regret it later! I thought it was worth it to go to class so I didn't have to spend so much time reviewing slides and always got the extra credit.

Gut Course - Very Basic. Smith is a great guy and very fair.

Very awesome professor. Understands that some people just need a science/math requirement and just needs an easy class. He pretty much says this on the first day.

I never opened the book. Prof. Smith is very clear in lecture, posts the slides, and as long as you actually read them and try to understand the material, this is an easy-A class.

Easy A. You have to study hard before his exams though. Cramming/self-teaching necessary since his lectures are not exactly scintillating.

pretty easy, if you go to class and take notes its impossible not to get a good grade
