The lab doesn't match up very well to 1810, but it's pretty easy to get an A as long as you try. The TAs were never on the same page regarding grading expectations, so I always attended multiple office hours. The labs were easy, and very little of your grade relies on you getting the correct results in the lab, as long as you justify them in the lab reports. I had a few late nights because I procrastinated, but that's the case for all labs, in my opinion. As time goes on, the lab reports get more time-consuming, and the TAs are very particular about formatting. Overall, though, they grade kindly. The lab lecture was pretty useless because Heyboer posted the slides, and attendance wasn't mandatory, so I never went. I loved my TA (shout out Udisha).
You might as well take this lab if you want to stay on the 80s track and not do a lab in the second semester of your second year.
