Braden is a pretty funny guy, and looks like a less impressive Robert E. Lee, but his schtick gets old pretty quickly. His lectures are plot summaries, and don't even think about asking a question during lecture (he will stare at you like you just tried to light the building on fire). But then again your grade is determined by your TA and try not to get one who thinks he is James Joyce. My papers were filled with snobbish and elitist comments, but I got mostly Bs on them which is kind of weird.
