STS 2500

This class was awesome and so much fun! The first day of class he could see everyone was tired for our 9:30 class so he decided to cut all classes by 30 minutes and have us start at 10! For the first couple classes we literally just played with our LEGO sets. As for work, we had very minor homework (some readings and writings) and a couple presentations. One of the homeworks was to watch the LEGO movie which was awesome. The first half of class was lecture (he would go over LEGO topics that were actually pretty interesting) and the second half of class was lab work where we would build with our LEGOs, work on presentations, or work with LEGO CAD software, and if you got finished early/didn't feel like staying you could usually leave after an hour-ish (basically our class time was cut down by 1.5 hours). If you have the opportunity to take this class definitely take it! This is easily top 3 classes I've taken at UVA.
