UVA Spanish classes are pretty terrible, but Prof Garcia Prados made this one manageable. She was super nice and accomodating, but there isn't much flexibility in SPAN classes, so there probably isn't much of a difference between professors.

Professor Nieves is great. She is always willing to help her students and gives great feedback on written assignments. She cares about all her students and tries to connect with them. The curriculum was the same for all of SPAN 2010, and it felt like busy work at times. However, Professor Nieves found a way to make it interesting.
