His class was my favorite at the university. He is amazing. The information is fascinating and he does a wonderful job presenting it.

an interesting topic and its not that hard of a class

This class is really easy if you go to class...all the exam questions come directly from lecture... The reading is completely unnecessary because it just repeats everything mentioned in lecture... McConnell is hilarious to listen to / ecentric but cool. Add this class if you need something to boost your GPA with all those crazy math/science classes...

Bob (the professor) is very eccentric, funny to listen to & very passionate about what hes teaching as well. Its an interesting subject made even more fascinating thanks to him. Reading's unnecessary and so's writing for this class, just 3 pretty easy tests (last one isnt even cumulative). The possible essay topics for the final are posted online within the first weeks of class. I also highly reccomend Ryan G he's the most laid-back & fun TA i've had over 2 years

Best class I've ever taken! Very enjoyable, and fun. Good background for other soc classes also.
