Great class, not too hard as long as you put in work on the final paper.

Great class. O'Brien is awesome. The big paper is really the only tough work.

A lot of reading but you don't need to do every single reading, every week. Just make sure you know the basics of what the readings are about and know the cases and you should be at least able to make it through class. Prof. O'Brien is super knowledgable about the Court though and is an amazing professor.
