Really interesting material. Klein explains everything really well and makes sure that you understand everything he's lecturing about. At the end of every class is a discussion/debate about the lecture topic, so it keeps class interesting. The reading is all really dull though, which was the one downer because it helps in class to have read everything.
Professor Klein is a great professor! He is genuinely interested in the topics and making sure you understand. He is easy to approach and is really involved in student's understanding. The Exams is a good overlap of lecture and reading, but lecture is emphasized more then lecture and he highlights key cases to know.
Professor Klein is an amazing professor. He is super approachable, and his exams are very fair. Your grade consists of a take home midterm and final, and a Moot Court paper. His exams mainly pull from lecture, and reading is by no means necessary to do well. The paper is relatively easy. The course material is quite interesting and is very enjoyable if you like constitutional law. Highly recommend this course!
