This class is pretty straightforward. It's important to pay attention to Klein's lectures, since he takes nearly all of his test questions from what he says in class (as opposed to from the text). Moot court is fun, and exams aren't too difficult, as long as you study for them.

Mock Court thing is really fun. Course isn't difficult, lecture-oriented, not too much writing or reading.

The class can be conceptually difficult, and professor Klein sometimes shoots down student's ideas by blatantly saying they are wrong. I found him intimidating and his lectures scattered. The moot court paper is especially difficult. However, the material is interesting and provides a more grounded look at some relevant political issues today.
