If you're an engineer, try to avoid this class if you can by taking it at community college or somewhere else. The lectures are have absolutely nothing to do with the class and people only go to class because of the required iclicker questions. Mr. Pribram's a nice fellow, but its hard to hear him in the back.
I loved Professor Pribram as a person but as a professor, I think he was okay. From what I heard from the other classes, he wasn't the best lecturer of the three but he was definitely the nicest. He wanted you to do well but he also just read off slides and didn't really do problems in class. He would go over a lot of mundane history that a lot of people hated and didn't think mattered (it didn't). But he also tried really hard to help. He had 3 total hours of office hours and I just wish I had gone to them earlier. Optics was the easiest part of the course and it was the last third, when I started to go to his office hours. He is really intelligent and knows what he's talking about. He has been teaching physics for YEARS and so he definitely understands the material but physics II is hard regardless of who your professor is. You either get it, or you don't...or you work really hard to understand it. Make the effort. Go to OHs and don't just use the solutions to answer the webassign problems. I did that for half of the semester and seriously regretted it.
