I really enjoyed this class and it's structured in a way that you'll actually learn a surprising amount. The class follows a different chapter of a music textbook during each meeting and during class you get your own piano and Professor Sender walks everyone through the chapter.There are 3 "hearings" or playing tests and a final, where you play certain pieces for Professor Sender that she gives you ahead of time to practice. Outside of class the only work is practicing and also some worksheets in the book about music theory. You will have to practice for the hearings but it's a lot of fun. Professor Sender is really gracious with all of the assignments and she is one of the most caring and understanding people and really just wants you to enjoy yourself and improve as much as you can. I would definitely recommend this class for anyone even remotely interested! Getting an A is very easy as long as you're keeping up with the book and you learn so much. #tCFS24
