I highly recommend this class! Dr Cook is one of the most understanding professors that I have ever had. She makes class fun and enjoyable. She brought in cookies for everyone and always has candy. You do breathwork every class. We did yoga. Our last day of class we had an outdoor picnic. People in this class major in all different things like education, economics, biology, nursing, etc. Not only was I able to learn things that I will take into my future profession, but I also learned how to be a better version of my myself. This class is an easy A as there is not much work to do outside of class. Take this class!!
