STS 2600

Professor Guillen is not a bad professor at all, but he assigns much more busy work than other professors. You can tell he really cares about teaching us ethics, and most of what we talk about is very important and interesting, but I did not enjoy it that much because of all the unnecessary assignments. The grading scheme is a little confusing and the highest grade you can get without taking the optional final exam is an A-, which was annoying but may be the same for all professors.

Professor Sergio is an amazing ethics professor who really cares and strives for his students's success. It is obvious his main goal is to prepare you for STS 4500 as well as develop your morality through readings and classwork. If you come to class having read what is required and put effort into your work, it's an easy A. I cannot recommend enough.
