This class is probably one of the best Chinese classes that I've taken at UVA! Even though this class is called Media Chinese, it mostly covers political issues in the modern era. However, Liang Laoshi is very flexible in terms of changing the topic if the topics she has seems uninteresting. Also, don't let the number 4810 scare you, it's definitely not an impossibly challenging class and you'll definitely learn lots!
