Colleen as a TA was fairly kind, understanding, and flexible for the requirements for section. She provided multiple ways to earn participation points other than just speaking in discussion (like posting on discussion boards), and she was pretty lenient and accommodating for everyone. Discussion itself could get pretty awkward and dry, but for me, as a more reserved person, I at least didn't feel like I had to fight to jump in and get a word in. We also did more sections virtually than I would have liked, but that should hopefully change in the semesters moving forward. Overall, she was a pretty good TA to take this class with.
